Fall Guys update brings Half-Life and Team Fortress 2 costumes to PS4

There’ll be no more playing team games back-to-back in Fall Guys, as Mediatonic take fan advice on some major changes.

Fall Guys has taken the world by storm with its battle royale meets game show format, so it’s no wonder the internet has become flooded with ideas for potential crossovers with other other franchises, particuarly in the form of costumes.

So far, the likes of Half-Life and Team Fortress 2 have received their own themed skins, though they were initially exclusive to the Steam release.

Fortunately, that is no longer the case. Developer Mediatonic very recently updated the game, which has added these Valve themed skins to the PlayStation 4 version’s store.

That isn’t all the update has brought, though, as Mediatonic has also made some quite substantial changes to the game, based directly on player feedback.

Firstly, team games will no longer play back-to-back. Secondly, the maximum number of players for Fall Mountain is now capped at 15, meaning it won’t be as crowded and makes things a little less hectic.

Lastly, Team Tail Tag and Royal Fumble have had their timers reduced to 1:30, due to many players believing that these games drag on for far too long.

Fall Guys is available now on PlayStation 4 and PC.
