Thunder Predator complete their roster
After ending 2020 with just a three man roster, the South American team Thunder Predator is now ready to enter the 2021 Dota Pro Circuit with a full lineup.
Following Farith “Matthew” Puente’s departure at the end of December 2020, the team welcomed aboard former beastcoast player and coach Joel Mori “MoOz” Ozambela and Frank “Frank” Arias, who is making a return to the team after a short stint with EgoBoys. The announcement was made on Thunder predator’s official Facebook page on January 1st.
Thunder Predator roster from position 1 to 5:
- Alonso “Mnz” León
- Leonardo “LeoStyle-” Sifuentes
- Frank “Frank” Arias
- Joel Mori “MoOz” Ozambela
- Romel “Wu” Quinteros
While Frank has played for Thunder Predator for nearly two years before moving to EgoBoys mid-November 2020, MoOz is at his first collaboration with the organization. Prior to joining Thunder Predator, the Peruvian support has spent a year playing though the North American region as a part of the J.Storm roster, later on known as Business Associates, where he was led in battle by the veteran of the scene, Clinton “Fear” Loomis. After BA disbanded, he joined the SA powerhouse team beastcoast and through the 2020 online season he switched in and out from active play, talking at times the coaching seat.
Along with Infamous, beastcoast and SG e-sports, Thunder Predator are one of the four directly invited teams to the South America Upper Division of 2021 Season 1 Dota Pro Circuit regional leagues. The competition is set to begin on the 18th of January with eight squads seeded in the Upper Division and other eight fighting through the Lower Division.
