Team Liquid Launches Second Alienware Training Facility in Europe
Global esports organization Team Liquid has opened the doors of a second training facility, with Alienware once again serving as the title sponsor. The Alienware Training Facility EU is located in Utrecht, Netherlands, where the organization was first established by co-CEO Victor Goosens. The facility will now serve as Team Liquid’s European headquarters.
Team Liquid built its North American facility in 2018 and sold the naming rights to Alienware. That location is home to the organization’s League of Legends team and serves several other teams and players, but Team Liquid also fields several teams based in Europe including Dota 2, Rocket League, and VALORANT.
As part of the relationship with Alienware, the facility has been fully equipped with Dell Technologies and Alienware PCs and monitors. A full time chef will provide players with daily nutrition-focused meals and an on-site gym is also available for players to utilize. In addition to practice rooms and office space, the facility has two soundproof streamer pods and a 120-person seating space for viewing parties. The Alienware Training Facility EU was constructed by Venhoeven CS & AHH Architects.
