100 Thieves complete VALORANT roster with four members of Highground squad

100 Thieves has completed its VALORANT roster with the signing of four members of the former Highground squad. The four new additions will be joining Spencer “Hiko” Martin, the teams captain.

Unfortunately for Highgrounds fifth player, Jaden “Vegas” James, his spot on the team (roles, positions) were already mostly taken up by Hiko and therefore he is left without a team. He has since put out a tweet stating:

“Really happy my team was given this amazing opportunity, thankful for the time I spent with them and look forward to competing against them in the future, I will be continuing to pursue Valorant and will be looking for new opportunities effective immediately.”

“Riot Games has built one of the most successful and popular esports titles of all time with League of Legends, so when I heard they were entering into the FPS genre, I knew we had to be a part of it,” said Matthew “Nadeshot” Haag, Founder & CEO of 100 Thieves in the official press release regarding Hiko’s addition.

This looks to be the first non-CS:GO professional player majority roster in VALORANT with only Hiko coming from the background while the remaining members of the roster hail from PUBG.

100 Thieves VALORANT division:

  • Spencer ‘Hiko’ Martin
  • Zachary ‘Venerted’ Roach
